I developed a passion for bringing authentic Caribbean flavours to the English shores, from my family ancestry.

My grandmothers, Florence, and Daphney, and my aunty, Orlene, aka 'Fine', and my own dear mother, Rose, were all fabulous culinary geniuses!

They inherited and developed their own secret recipes for anything and everything, you name it: Jamaican rum cake, oxtail, curry goat, rice n peas, etc. They were just amazing with what whatever they created!

I have the same creative, decorative mind - to visualise, experiment and refine, break pieces and put it back together, and make improvements as I go.

So I started my business 15 years ago, after supplying my secret recipe Sorel and Guinness punches to family members, friends, my church and for events. The feedback was fabulous - people commented how they were always amazed with the delicious taste, body, balance and ultimately the enjoyment of my beverages! Going forwards, I was encouraged by my 'second mom', Merl, who had a restaurant of her own, and I used to make and supply to her, and she encouraged me to not only supply the beverage, but to create a brand and increase distribution on a wider scale. 

As the years went by, the demand increased, for parties and special occasions, weddings, funerals, birthdays and christenings, but especially when it comes to Christmas. The outpouring of orders continued unabated.

Today I supply across Greater London and Surrey, direct to homes, retail and for events of every type. 

I meticulously craft each beverage, ensuring quality and a true taste of the islands in every sip. My mission is to share the warmth and vibrancy of Caribbean culture through my delicious drinks.
